OUR ACTIVE PORTFOLIO
DC Consulting operates an active partnership portfolio of fourteen ventures across four sectors. Each venture is structured for USCIS compliance from day one and built around an experienced operator with a track record in the relevant industry. Most operators in our portfolio have built more than one venture with us — a pattern that, more than any single credential, tells you what kind of working relationships we maintain.
The portfolio represents approximately $87 million in deployed and reserved partnership capital. Capital commitments per venture typically fall between $3M and $7M, with select larger opportunities available up to $14M. Most ventures reach break-even within 12 to 18 months. Every venture is structured to create more jobs than its investor count requires for USCIS compliance, with portfolio-wide job creation averaging fourteen positions per venture.

REAL ESTATE
Operating real estate ventures structured for both EB-5 compliance and stable long-term returns. Current portfolio includes rent-controlled housing developments with guaranteed occupancy structures and partnerships with established trade businesses that provide additional capital and operational support.
Unlike traditional EB-5 real estate placements, our real estate ventures are operated as active businesses with experienced principals, not as passive holding vehicles.
LIFESTYLE & HOSPITALITY
Operating businesses in food and beverage, fitness and wellness, agriculture, and adjacent sectors. Current portfolio includes a coffee shop integrated into an educational program facility, a wellness-and-fitness venture structured around partnerships with healthcare practitioners, an olive orchard, and a digital advertising platform serving the lifestyle vertical.
These ventures are designed for investors interested in consumer-facing businesses with visible operations and community presence.
SERVICE & INFRASTRUCTURE
Operating businesses providing services and infrastructure to other industries. Current portfolio includes a theater venture with exclusive licensing rights and a nationally renowned operator, a theater resources business that does not currently exist in the market, a theater marketing operation, a daycare center, and a supplement materials production company.
This vertical tends to attract investors interested in B2B operations with established demand and clear competitive positioning.

OUR OPERATORS
Across our portfolio, operators average 15+ years of experience in their respective industries. Some have 20 or more. Every operator was selected through a process that examined not just commercial performance but operational discipline, USCIS-compliance orientation, and the willingness to work alongside an investor partner for a five-year period.
The credential we weight most heavily is the one we cannot create on paper: repeat partnership. Several operators in our current portfolio have built two or three ventures with DC Consulting.
